Our view of yoga in the West, is often that of the physical aspect of yoga, or the yoga asana. In fact yoga is a path, a journey. It looks different for everyone and I am here to guide you along the path that is best suited for your current situation and desired outcomes.  With private or small group session done in person or virtually, I hope to introduce you to the ways this ancient practice can be incorporated into your life in the most meaningful way.

Meditation

Incorporating a meditation practice into your life is one of the most impactful things you can do. Meditation provides an array of benefits both physically and mentally/emotionally. If you are not sure where to begin or you have trouble maintaining calm, let me guide you to now. Once you find this place for yourself, you will want to revisit often!

Reiki

Reiki is an age old Japanese healing method that can be done in person where I will place my hands gently on or slightly above you, or distance where you will relax in the comfort of your own home as I channel this energy to you. Both methods are equally beneficial and will serve to deliver healing to you on a physical and emotional level. Reiki is universal energy and as such will go to where ever it is most needed, all you have to do is receive.
